The Potty Purple Podiatrist
If you met me during the last 3 years you probably think I have always been purple to the core, if so it’s because of my relentless consistency in projecting my personal brand into the world. Before that I was as beige as the next podiatrist until Jill Woods, Tony Gavin and Seth Godin had some influence and got me thinking differently. Realising that building a brand was hugely important in attracting my ideal clients to my podiatry practice, I set to it and gave it my all.
You might be surprised to know that aside from doing the odd careers talk to high school pupils, I have never done any public speaking at all!
So when Kath called to ask me to speak on branding at this years Foot and Ankle show digital, I was pretty surprised to say the least (I thought she was ringing to ask me to do a salsa demo!)
As an ‘old school podiatrist’ who originally qualified with a ‘diploma’ almost 30 years ago (and spent 23 of them in the NHS), I hope my talk on branding inspires you to embrace the idea of building your brand. You are never too old to learn these skills or grapple with these new concepts, you owe it to yourself and your business to give it your best shot to thrive. Join me in the #pottypurple branding session and let me show you how you can do it too!
