Founder – Practice Momentum

Hi I’m Jill Woods, a former podiatry practice owner, corporate marketer and professional educator, a well travelled military spouse, and a self confessed happiness junkie.

Fifteen years ago, so I could keep working as we moved around the world, I founded Practice Momentum – a virtual business that pulls all of that expertise together, to help healthcare practice owners shake off burnout, rethink success, and market themselves with clarity and confidence.

With 35 years of experience, I provide my clients with a unique and powerful blend of no-nonsense business strategies, genuine authenticity, and powerful mindset shifts.

My mission? To help thousands of practitioners stop playing small and start building practices (and lives) they truly love, businesses that reflect who they are, how they want to work, and the impact they really want to make in the world.

The joy of being your elevated unapologetic self – A new practice success framework

Let’s be honest, most private practice owners didn’t start their practice so they could spend their lives stuck in someone else’s version of “success.” But sadly, that’s exactly where so many end up: burnt out, boxed in, and wondering why they don’t love their work like they used to.

In this session, I’m sharing a brand new success framework built on 15+ years of working with practice owners, and a big truth I’ve seen over and over again: your practice won’t grow in a joyful, sustainable way until you start showing up as your elevated, unapologetic self.

This is not about becoming someone you’re not. It’s about reconnecting with who you really are (which often gets lost among other people’s expectations of you) and using that new clarity to redesign your practice from the inside out. Expect real talk, some light-hearted truth bombs, a simple self-assessment to spot where you might be out of alignment… and a fresh dose of inspiration to help you get building a business that gives you as much as you give others.

Join me and let’s get cracking on creating a practice (and life!) you love showing up to.
