Marsh Gibson

Starting his career in Zimbabwe in 1974, Marsh qualified and registered as a Prosthetist / Orthotist (Zimbabwe) where he established a private Orthotic and Prosthetic clinic to cater for war victims.
Moving to the UK in 1988 Marsh joined Hugh Steeper as the General Manager of the Orthotic division and subsequently as the International Clinic Development Director setting up Orthotic and Prosthetic clinic across Russia and the Ukraine. On joining Chas Blatchford & Son in 1993 Marsh continued development and training programmes for various rehabilitation centres across Europe and Russia with a focus on specialist footwear.
In 1998 Marsh joined Gilbert & Mellish in Birmingham as a director where he developed training programmes for footwear and lower extremity orthoses for drop foot management.
In 2007 Marsh and his Business partner Nick Talbot established DeNovo Healthcare with a vision to bring Nimco specialist footwear into the UK.
By providing the best quality service and choice to our patients and clinicians DeNovo have now become one of the market leaders in specialist children and adult footwear in the UK.
