With nearly three decades of experience, Wendy’s career spans clinical, public health, and pharmaceutical sectors. Beginning as a Senior Podiatrist specializing in diabetes care, she advanced to public health roles, including coordinating a national campaign for the Royal National Institute for the Blind. Since 1999, she has held roles in healthcare management, market access, and public affairs with leading organisations like GSK, Takeda, and Roche.

Renowned for her strategic insight and relationship-building, Wendy has fostered meaningful industry-patient collaborations, ensuring patient-centric approaches to healthcare delivery and policy. As a designate Trustee for CMTUK, she actively contributes to the Board and Research Committee, focusing on strengthening ties and partnerships with professional bodies.
