Data Privacy Policy

  • Details provided to The Foot and Ankle Show for the purpose of registration will be used to ensure that individuals are provided with relevant information relating to the event.
  • Data may be shared with third parties to ensure the provision of services deemed essential. Data shared for this reason will not be used to market any services or products without the consent of the individual
  • Individuals reserve the right to opt-out of communications from The Foot and Ankle Show at any point in time.
  • Attendees to The Foot and Ankle Show will have the option for their badges to be scanned in while visiting theatres, by doing so they are consenting to their registration details being shared with the sponsors of the event.
  • By allowing an exhibitor to scan their badge during the event individuals are consenting to their registration details including email being shared with this exhibitors

Admissions Policy

This event is dedicated to the education of healthcare professionals and personnel that are currently working or studying within the foot and ankle health industry.

  • There is strictly no admittance to minors or anyone under-18. Please make alternative childcare arrange, there are no crèche facilities.
  • The Foot and Ankle Show reserves the right to reject admission of any individuals who are not deemed to be relevant industry professionals
  • By attending, visitors agree not to take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity which may disrupt the Event. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the Event.
  • It is a requirement of entry that all visitors will register in their own name and display a valid visitor badge. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure to do this is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the Event.
  • Please note that official photographers will be present at the Conference, the Exhibition and at the social events filming videos, lectures and taking photographs. By attending the Event, visitors consent to such filming and photography and The Foot and Ankle Show is entitled to use all videos and photographs of visitors, for marketing and promotional purposes in all or any media, without compensation or liability.

Refund Policy

  • Tickets for the event are only refundable if the organiser cancels the event. The organiser is not responsible for any consequential losses of ticketholders for travel accommodation or any other expenses if the organiser cancels or reschedules the event.
  • If the ticket holder cannot attend themselves for any reason, they are not entitled to a refund but may sell their ticket to another individual at face value but must inform the organiser.
  • The organisers retain the right to change the line up of speakers or sessions and the timings of such, this will not entitle the ticket holder to any refund in part or full.
  • The organiser cannot refund tickets for anyone who is refused entry, or asked to leave the event for any of the following: Abusive, threatening, drunken or antisocial behaviour, which includes smoking in a no smoking area.

The Foot & Ankle Show Digital

Please read carefully as this constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Osgo Healthcare, the organisers of the Foot and Ankle Show Digital. We’ve tried to keep this as simple as possible and in plain English.

1 Registration 

    1. You must provide accurate, complete registration information. Osgo Healthcare is entitled to rely on any information you provide to us and is not responsible for any issues that may arise from inaccurate or incomplete information.
    2. Each booking is for a single user only. The email address that you provide on booking must correspond to a named email account and not a generic or shared email account.
    3. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Osgo Healthcare. Depending on uptake for the event, we may be forced to limit attendance numbers.
    4. We reserve the right to refuse any ticket reservation at our complete discretion.

 

2. Digital Services

    1. Your email address will comprise your account for logging in to any Digital Services, where “Digital Services” means any website or app used to host a Digital Event or to provide Community Features for a Digital Event.
    2. You are responsible for all use of any Digital Services made by you or anyone else using your account and are also responsible for preventing any unauthorised use of your account.
    3. You accept that Osgo Healthcare cannot control the content posted by others. and cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any Attendee Content. Some users may not behave properly and may post content that is misleading, untrue or offensive.
    4. You must not post, link to or otherwise publish any content that:
  • personally attacks any individual, whether they are an event Speaker or Attendee;
  • is not your own original work or which infringes the copyright or other rights of any third party;
  • is discriminatory in nature ;
  • is threatening, offensive, libellous, indecent or otherwise unlawful;

 

3.Use of your details

  1. The Attendee List is not made available to Attendees. However, your details may be available to other Attendees if you post Attendee Content or make use of Community Features, such as the engagement zone.
  2. Attendees must not use the Attendee List for their own promotional and marketing purposes, for example by using the Attendee List list for sending any form of unsolicited communications to other Attendees.
  3. Osgo Healthcare will only contact you for marketing purposes, and we will only pass on your contact details to sponsors to the extent that you agree to this (for example, if you engage with Exhibitors during the event). For Attendees from New Zealand and Australia, you agree that your contact details may be passed onto Foot Science International Limited, the sponsors of the event.

1 We will try our best to maintain full availability of the Digital Services during the duration of the event

What we don’t promise

2. We make no guarantee and cannot be held liable for any loss, material or otherwise, from attending the event. Event content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Osgo Healthcare is not responsible for any matters beyond its reasonable control. Osgo Healthcare does not control third party communications networks (including your internet service provider), the internet, acts of god or the acts of third parties

Osgo Healthcare is only responsible for loss or damage you suffer which is the reasonably the foreseeable result of a breach of a legal duty of care owed to you, but in no event shall the liability exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to the Osgo Healthcare for the particular Event.

You will be responsible for all claims, liabilities, damages, cost and expenses suffered or incurred as a result of your breach of these terms
