What is holding your practice back?
How bespoke clinical mentorship and practical business support can help your practice grow.

Matthew Butters draws on over 20 years of clinical and business experience, including building and developing multiple successful podiatry practices, to explore how bespoke mentorship and practical support can help practices develop and grow.

Drawing on his own experience, Matthew explores the important role mentorship has played in developing clinical competency, building team confidence and ensuring a consistently high standard of patient experience across his practices. He will share how investing in people, alongside developing services and strong clinical systems, has supported sustainable business growth.

Whether you are an independent practitioner running a single chair clinic or managing a growing group of practices, this session will explore some of the common challenges that can restrict a practice’s potential and the value of identifying where focused support could make a difference. Through examples from his own practices, Matthew will share practical approaches to developing clinicians, strengthening the patient experience, improving team performance and identifying opportunities for service and business growth. Attendees will gain practical ideas to consider within their own practice and an insight into how bespoke mentorship and consultancy can provide the focus and support needed to move a practice forward.
